Glade doesn't like comments in XML GTK+ builder file.

I was hoping to be able to put at the beginning of my UI file, the GPL header surrounded by

and

but, although that does not disturb anything at runtime, Glade won't open the file for me to be able to edit it.

Is this a bug, or intentional?
