[glade--]How do I use glademm 1.1.1b with glade-2 (glade 1.1.1)?

What is the mode of usage?

I have compiled glademm which has resulted in a 13 MB (!!) glade--.C
file.

The users guide says one should change the output language to C++ from
the Project Options page in glade.  While this option seems present in
glade, it doesnt seem to be there in glade-2.  How do I build gtkmm
1.3 code from glade-2 files?
