Hi Thomas, In the visibility section of the widget you want as a member, if you set it to protected or public the class will be a member of its parent widget. That seems to work fine. Also, you can set the option "New Class" and/or "New File", and the corresponding will also be created for your new widget, which will now be of a derived class. However, there seemed to be some bugs in the codegen for this which I touched on in my last mail. When Christof comes back I guess I will discuss the details with him.
