[glade--]glademm fails to compile with gcc3.2

If may help (don't know how to make a patch -- need to read
documentation) 

in src/writers/image.cc :

replaced 'ifstream' by 'std::ifstream'
replaced 'unsigned char' by 'char'



There is still have a lot of warnings in the form :

So I added -Wno-deprecated to CPPFLAGS in file Makefile
I don't know how to generate it from configure.in/Makefile.am
