I found ones!(from http://gtkmm.org/gtkmm2/docs/refer)
They are "Glib::locale_from_utf8()" and "Glib::locale_to_utf8()".
Now I can display any Japanese word on a textview, entry and treeview
which I checked.
I apologize to have you annoyed asking a silly question.
