[glade--]Change in table attach options (patch)

Hi,

 The format of the table attach options has changed between glade 1 and
 glade 2.  Interestingly the packer seems to be working ok.  Attached is
 a patch to fix the table case.  I took the liberty to add a stringtok.h
 file which is a C++ string tokenziner.  It might be useful in other
 places.  It was lifted from the GNU libstdc++ documentation.
