I have patched orbitcpp so that it better handles TypeCode's. This 
resolves this problem and fixes so other stuff that cropped up as well. 
But now I have a different problem:

It looks like it is trying to execute the unknown_cimpl program before 
it is built. Anyone know what is going wrong here?
