ORBit-2.0 and ORBit-2.0-cpp

Missing item in your list of dependancies - you need ORBit-2.0-cpp in
order to build gnomemm, but it dosen't say so anywhere, or provide the
link to where to get it from. I eventually found the answer in the old
mailing list archive, but only after searching on gnome and your own
download pages.
