This page says the migration was cancelled because of the exact problem
you describe.

Also, Richard's link doesn't work for me, so perhaps during this time of
flux, we should just wait it out and see what the Admins do. 

Plus, I am on holiday for 10 days from tomorrow, so unless Richard does
it, it is unlike to happen before then if it is up to maintainers to
migrate.
