Eitan's first patch had the Telepathy interface in the src directory.  I 
believe he intended to bypass libgossip, because he believed they were 
redundant.  From the last email from him on this topic, it sounds like 
he's still pushing this approach (i.e. remove libgossip).  I can be wrong, 
since Eitan hasn't documented his plan or design in detail.
