I don't know where you were looking exactly, but the HTML documentation as
currently available on developer.gnome.org has a link titled Source Code
that goes here:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtkmm-documentation/tree/gtkmm-3-24/examples/book/builder/basic
and basic.glade is present therein.
