mm-common and mm-common-get

Hi,

Working on meson, I found that mm-common-get is not available in
debian:sid(https://packages.debian.org/sid/all/mm-common/filelist),
ubuntu:devel(https://packages.ubuntu.com/focal/all/mm-common/filelist) 
and 
fedora(
https://fedora.pkgs.org/31/fedora-armhfp/mm-common-0.9.12-4.fc31.noarch.rpm.html
)

I am trying to use a  docker image and the image has no mm-common-get.
Meson aborts because it can't find the script. Are you aware about
this? I file a bug report to debian. May be they know something.
