Re: First stable version of gtkmm-4.0 has been released

The dead link has been removed in the git repo. I've also made other 
updates in the description of jhbuild.

These corrections will show up at 
https://developer.gnome.org/gtkmm-tutorial/4.0/ after the next release 
of gtkmm-documentation. Don't know when that will be.
