My understanding is that in order to redirect gtkmm.org you need
1. Access to gtkmm.org's server control panel to set up DNS records.
2. Maintainer or Owner role in the gnomemm-website GitLab project. See 
https://gitlab.gnome.org/help/user/permissions.md.
I've got Developer role. That's probably why I can't find any Settings > 
Pages menu item in the GitLab project.
