Could you check with your employer if that is the case? I expect that
there will be a number of other people submitting their expenses with
Red Hat, so it would be good to know what is needed for sure up front.
As far as I know, similar receipts in previous years have been enough.

Anyway, as you have a good idea of what you would like to see, the
quickest way to resolve this to your satisfaction would probably be
for you to file a patch for the page. It can be found at
