This is also the preferred choice for me. I would like to keep the
other options on the table until we have a confirmation.

Yes, this information is completely missing from the bid submission. Do
you think it would be fine to simply add this to the guadec.org website
once we have announced the dates/venue?

The reservation I am aiming for right now assumes 2 tracks with 3 days.
If we consider 3 tracks it would make sense to use a different
building.

Yes, I am aware of this. If budgetary restrictions require it, we can
easily cut down on the freebies we are offering attendees.
