Hi,

this is the second part of a major status review. We do have a few
tasks that do not have a proper owner right now.

These are:
 * Visa letter handling (german citizen but others can help)
 * Keynotes (contact potential speakers, assistance for them)
 * BoF coordination
 * t-shirt design (there is the idea of doing a contest)

And probably some more stuff that I don't know right now. Also, there
is always a lot of stuff that are not completely urgent, but would be
nice to have. e.g.:
 * Slide templates
 * Website improvements (thanks to Tom for looking into that)
