GUADEC registration... nearly there

Registration has been delayed a bit, but we are going to open it this week.

The test site at https://test-guadec2017-regcfp.herokuapp.com is
running the latest regcfp code, you can fill it with junk
registrations and papers, and you can even make fake PayPal payments
to test the booking machinery. Use these credentials for PayPal:

  username: [email protected]
  password: guadec2017

Note that the "login with Google" option doesn't work for the test
site because Google seem to only allow one domain to use a given
account. The GNOME and Fedora logins will work though.

It's possible to add more login options to the registration system
provided they support either OpenID Connect or OpenID 2.0.

All testing is appreciated! I've no doubt there are people reading who
have a real talent for breaking software, now is a good time to put
your skills to good use :-)
