GLib/GTK+ versions for GNOME 2.20

Hi,

We will use GLib 2.14 and GTK+ 2.12 for GNOME 2.20: the current plan of
the GTK+ team is to have those ready just after GUADEC, which is
definitely compatible with the GNOME 2.20 schedule.

So we can go crazy and use all the cool new things in GTK+ 2.11 :-)
