TARBALLS DUE: GNOME 2.19.6 Dev Release (ABI/API/Feature Freeze begins)

Ahoj,

Tarballs are due by Monday July 30th before 23:59 UTC for the GNOME
2.19.6 development release, which should be delivered on Wednesday.

Note that with this release, both feature and ABI/API freeze periods
begin; if you think that you have a good reason for a freeze break you
have to send an email to the release-team and get two approvals.
Since 2.19.5, we're also under string and UI change announcement.

Please make sure that your tarballs will be uploaded before Monday
23:59 UTC: tarballs uploaded later than that will probably be too late
to get in 2.19.6. If you are not able to make a tarball before Monday
ends or if you think you'll be late, please send a mail to the release
team and we'll find someone to roll the tarball for you!
