Branch notifications

Hey folks,

Since the migration to git, we now get automatic branch
notification emails to release-team, gnome-doc-list, and
gnome-i18n for any new branch matching "gnome-\d+-\d+".
As such, it is no longer necessary to send notification
emails manually.  See the updated MaintainersCorner:

http://live.gnome.org/MaintainersCorner

Thanks to Olav Vitters, the automatic email will now also
be sent to your @gnome.org email alias.  This will allow
you to verify the notification was sent by just checking
your own inbox.  Please make sure the address for your
@gnome.org alias is correct.

I hope this makes things at least a little bit easier
for maintainers.
