2.91.2 tarballs needed

Hey everybody,

we need tarballs for 2.91.2 this coming Monday.

Please note that we have bumped the external dependency for libnotify
to 0.7.0, so you will
need to adjust your code if you use notifications. Also you may want
to adjust your use of status icons while you are at it. See

for the general direction that GNOME3 is taking for status icons and
notifications.
