GNOME developers!

With GNOME 3.6 approaching fast, the release team asks you to come up
and discuss new platform-wide features to be added for GNOME 3.8!

Tell us your plans for the next six months here:

Proposed features must have an assignee working on them.
The proposal period is planned to end in about a month (around Oct 22).

Feature proposals are about the core desktop, hence this does not affect
features on a per-module basis. Still we **HIGHLY** encourage you to
communicate your plans for your module early. 
In case of doubt: Better announce too much than not enough!
