Pending string addition in gnome-shell

Hey y'all!

I'd like to land
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/merge_requests/2246
before branching.

This is a string that slipped through, because it is translated via a
special gnome-shell function. xgettext doesn't know about that, so the
string needs to be marked for extraction via N_() as well.

I understand this isn't a string freeze (because it's an honest error,
there's even a translator comment), but it still seems like a good
idea to announce the change.
