Please add GNOME Firmware to DL

Hey,

I've been asked to add https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/gnome-firmware
to DL. Av moved the gnome-firmware project to World, and I've added
@translations as a Developer in GitLab. I think all that remains is
asking politely to be added to Damned Lies. If anyone is translating
this project for the first time and finds something difficult to
translate, please file an issue and let me know. Thanks!
