The action has arrived. :)
There was no Turkish translation uploaded to Damned-Lies yet and there is no
tr.po for istanbul in git. I have corrected a few things in your file (header
part and a missing accelerator) and uploaded to D-L.
It will be proofread and then pushed to git soon.
