  No, not at all.  I should have mentioned this is my personal view. 
James Henstridge should be the maintainer, but unfortunately he has been
absent for too long, and pygtk/gnome-python must go on.  I am one of a
group of hackers that took over maintainership, like the stewards of
Gondor waiting (hoping) for the return of the king. :)  However, most
gnome-python hackers share this point of view, I think.

  I hope I didn't sound too harsh.  I think GNOME Platform Bindings is
good thing.  But its current format doesn't suit gnome-python very well.
