release candidate tarballs due - March 29th

As per the schedule, http://www.gnome.org/start/2.5/bindings/ release candidate tarballs are due on March 29th. Please don't use 2.4.0 or 2.6.0 numbers for these, but get ready to release 2.4.0/2.6.0 on April 5th for the final release.
