No sooner was 1.041 out than we discovered a few embarrassing bugs in
the documentation; the 1.042 releases fix those issues, and a few
others, just in time for the Gnome Platform Bindings Release Set.

- Fix grammar and spelling throughout.
- Improve the docs for Glib::Object::Subclass and the documentation
generation system itself.
- Add the main module of the extension to the generated see also list.
* Don't clobber $_ when warning of unhandled exceptions (the previous
SAVE_DEFSV trick apparently didn't work). [muppet]
