new GTK+ 2.5/2.6 API (was GTK+ team irc meeting)

This list of new GTK+ 2.5 functions should be interesting to the people here.

Note that I think GTK+ 2.6 will probably be used for GNOME 2.10, so you
should all be thinking about wrapping that API now.

There's a gnome210 moduleset in jhbuild now too.

	So, the relevant things from this were:

  1) Slushy API freeze should start mid October, so schedule wise GTK+
     2.6 should be fine for GNOME 2.10

  2) GTK+ 2.5.3 includes indexes which list[1] the new APIs in 2.2, 2.4
     and 2.6. That's a really good starting point for developers who want
to figure out what they could be using (e.g. we can now dump
EelEllipsizingLabel and GnomeAbout)

  3) Since the API freeze for GTK+ 2.6 is getting close, people should
     be making sure they're favourite issues are getting attended to - 
e.g. the HIG dialog API ! :)

  4) Matthias is going to do another GTK+ 2.4 release early October.
     That should be time enough for GNOME 2.8.1.
