Do we also want to have a pointer to a "release function"?  I assume
with XPCOM since it's C++ they can just use "delete", but we can't do
that, right?

Also, I think it would be nice if we had a standard way to map from a
FunctionBlob -> possible GError domains it throws.  Or maybe even a set
of specific domain/code pairs.  Or should that just be a standard
annotation or something?
