gtk bindings for pike

I have written a module for pike for the gtk2.0 bindings.  The old one
was gtk1.2 only; even the gtk-2.0 mode was compatibility only.

The new module is located at http://www.sk-tech.com/~ldillon/ (for now).
It supports up to gtk2.6, with gdk-pixbuf and some pango support, and a
few other miscellaneous widgets (such as gtkdatabox and gtksourceview).
