Info about Lua Binding

Hi,

I have written a Lua binding a while ago.  It works with 2.4 and
2.6, haven't tried 2.8 yet, and works on the X11 and Windows
platforms.  Look at it at luaforge [1].  You might want to add it
to the bindings page!
