Where is gnome-config?

Hello,

I'm trying to get gnome-config from somewhere. (I need it to built
gnome-vfs-extras) According to Debian it should be in libgnome-dev. So i
compiled this one with --enable-shared in my LFS system. But after
installation, there's still no gnome-config to be found on my system.
Hope you can help me.
