Reloading the user's gconfd

Hi,

Let's say we've pushed out a new gconf default or mandatory setting, say
with something like Puppet. Is there currently any mechanism by which a
user's existing running gconfd can be told to reload its settings to pick up
those changes?

Currently it requires the user to log out and log back in to see them.
