I am not sure gconf-list is the right place to post, but I don't see a
dconf or anything better.

I am trying to understand how to set a bunch of settings, using screen
saver as an example.

root@pc9d:/etc/dconf/db/ibus.d# cat 10-test
[org/gnome/desktop/session]
idle-delay=uint32 0

root@pc9d:/etc/dconf/db/ibus.d# dconf dump /org/gnome/desktop/session/
root@pc9d:/etc/dconf/db/ibus.d# dconf update
root@pc9d:/etc/dconf/db/ibus.d# dconf dump /org/gnome/desktop/session/
root@pc9d:/etc/dconf/db/ibus.d#

and in 10 min the screen saver kicks in.  10 min is what the gui says it is
set to.

I have read this:

I thought I followed.. but I guess not.
