adding default launchers

Hello,

forgive me if I'm asking in the wrong list.

I would like to add a default launcher, i.e. for all users, to the
panel. Background: during a kickstart installation, I would like to
add the screenshot app to the panel. It seems that the %post section
is the right place for doing so.

I'm searching the archives and docs quite a while now, but don't find
a solution. Would be great if you could point me in the right
direction.

I cannot believe it's supposed to be so unbelievably complicated to
add a launcher.
