some questions, license, libart?, install order

Hi,

i have some questions about librsvg, maybe someone can give me a hint on 
these:

I'd like to use librsvg in a commercial product, i also saw that it depends on
libart, which does not seem to be free.  Is that correct?  Is there a way to
_not_ use libart?  Or is there a free replacement?


What is the install order when using it together with cairo?  Install librsvg
first or cairo first?
