Here's my bash history log:
git format-patch -1

-cc [email protected] --suppress-cc=all -to  [email protected] -cc 
[email protected]

But I don't know why the email is not in the mailing list.
Is it because I didn't add the [xml] tag to the patch?
Should be used:
git format-patch -1 --subject-prefix="PATCH xml"
