Freezing for release of libxslt 1.1.34

  People have been asking for releases, and admitedly, I'm late...
I just tagged Release Candidate 1 in git and pushed signed tarball
and rpms to the usual place:

  ftp://xmlsoft.org/libxslt/

 I don't think I will have much time to look at things before this week-end
maybe Nikolai patch about the template need to be added that looks right
though. So with a Release Candidate 2 around this week-end and hopefully
a final release around mid next week.

  In the meantime give it a try,
