For instance, a map of the U.S.: I'd use the mouse to select a few states (the maps would change colors to show they are selected) and then click a button that will send the names of each state selected to a function to be processed. I'm not a very experienced programmer but I can use python, pygtk, glade, C, libSDL .. so any pointers to an example would help. --f46d043893c1b2c52005102c9beb Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr">I'm in need of an example of how to select regions fro= m a graphical map/image.=C2=A0 For instance, a map of the U.S.: =C2=A0I'= ;d use the mouse to select a few states (the maps would change colors to sh= ow they are selected) and then click a button that will send the names of e= ach state selected to a function to be processed. =C2=A0<div><br></div><div= >I'm not a very experienced programmer but I can use python, pygtk, gla= de, C, libSDL .. so any pointers to an example would help. =C2=A0</div><div= ><br></div><div><br></div></div> --f46d043893c1b2c52005102c9beb-- --===============7792910519094454887== Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline _______________________________________________ gnome-love mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-love --===============7792910519094454887==--
