Skipping mono_jit_cleanup(domain)

This link used to say that it's OK to skip calling mono_jit_cleanup(domain), but the link no longer works. http://mono.1490590.n4.nabble.com/crash-in-mono-jit-cleanup-td4661326.html Is it OK to skip calling mono_jit_cleanup? This question has management visibility so any documentation about this question would be appreciated, too.
