I have already modified our monodoc.ashx stuff to do editing (well, I
introduced edit.aspx).   I did not commit it as it is not ready and we
are shipping out of trunk the existing monodoc.

But with this code, we can start moving forward.  We still need the
inverse process Wiki to ECMA XML before this can land on SVN.
