Wiki: Categoryzing Stuff

Hi, some more Stuff for the Wiki. This time I'd tried to categorize some of 
the uncategorized pages of the wiki.

But I'm not shure if this one is still needed. Seems to me pretty forgotten so 
maybe this TOC could be merged into 
http://mono-project.com/GtkSharpBeginnersGuide .

- ASP.NET
Or maybe a new Category for XSP should be created but I don't know how much 
content there is for XSP. A rename to add the XSP in the Heading won't hurt 
as well.

This one seems to be at the wrong place. Should be deleted in my opinion.

Maybe it would be neat to have a whole category just for configuring Mono 
because I myself just accidentally ran across some nice configuration 
switches for MWF which where hidden in some Wiki Article.

Maybe this should be inclueded into the Support Article as well as the Mailing 
lists. If it should remain an single article no category seems okay to me.

Obviously this is developer ressources. But what about adding a tools category 
with articles about the usefull tools.

In addition it could also be renamed to "History of Mono" or somethin 
similiar.

Well this is it for now. I just want to say that maybe the Developer Ressource 
category needs a little reorganizing. There's plenty of GtkSharp stuff in 
there wich could be removed from it. Keeping the main GtkSharp article in the 
dev. Ressource category should do it. All the tutorials could be either in 
the Class Library docs or if it should be left in the wiki it can be only 
categorized under GtkSharp.
