Wiki: Sorting some FAQ's

Hi,

I took the liberty of sorting out some FAQ's, spread all accross the site.

And now my Idea has been to extend the "FAQ" Article and add it to the 
Developer Ressource category, which provides a TOC overview of all the faqs 
available in the wiki.

The single FAQ's can then be removed from the Developer Ressource Category and 
added to a seperate FAQ Category, which already exists but needs some clean 
up. 

However, here's the first draft for that FAQ overview.
