The monodocer patch looks good now.  Haven't looked at the other yet.

Now that is an interesting question.  I have basically no recollection
anymore of how the monodoc engine works.  *Probably* it will get
confused about things involving generics, like not being able to
distinguish class X nodes from X`1 nodes in the index.
