Documenting class libraries

Hi

I am interested in documenting class libraries. Could someone suggest me how
to do in Windows XP? The site says i need GTK# Documentation Browser, but i
am not able to download it (Mono 1.2.5.1_0
Setup<ftp://www.go-mono.com/archive/1.2.5.1/windows-installer/0/mono-1.2.5.1-gtksharp-2.10.2-win32-0.exe>)
from the location specified. However, i downloaded SDK and
Runtime<http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfmod/project/?gtks-inst4win>.
Is this all that is needed? If so, how do i carry forward from here.
