The gtkhtml-sharp-2.0.pc points to bindings of gtkhtml from versions 3.0.10 through 3.12. When the API broke in 3.14, we had to change some things, and now the gtkhtml-sharp-3.14.pc found in gnome-desktop-sharp points to bindings for gtkhtml-3.14.pc.
