I have an ARM machine (a Minix X5) which is currently running Ubuntu 12.04
and I've been trying to install Mono on it without much success.

Following the instructions on:
http://www.mono-project.com/docs/getting-started/install/linux/#usage

I have added:
    deb http://download.mono-project.com/repo/debian wheezy main
and
    deb http://download.mono-project.com/repo/debian wheezy-libtiff-compat
main"
to
    /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mono-xamarin.list

But when I do an apt-get update I get the following error:
*W: Failed to fetch
http://download.mono-project.com/repo/debian/dists/wheezy-libtiff-compat/Release
Unable to find expected entry 'main/binary-armhf/Packages' in Release file
(Wrong sources.list entry or malformed file)*

Can anyone suggest how to fix this error?
