Missing some symbols in Windows package.

mono_thread_push_appdomain_ref mono_thread_pop_appdomain_ref and the other symbols in 'mono/metadata/threads-types.h' are missing in Windows(4.0.4.4). beacause the header had not included in the package. If this exclusion is normal, those symbols had not moved to 'threads.h'.
